So…the choice should be yours!

 

This is OMCA’s mantra when building comp networks. There should not be a “one size fits all” approach to your network design.

 

Twenty-five years ago, we made waves with our “less is more” approach to designing comp physician networks. Our limited provider panels are the best doctors who:

 

  • Want to practice a sports medicine model;

  • Will provide prompt/understandable reports;

  • Understand it’s the employer’s money;

  • Know that the claimant is better off at work than on the couch.

 

Today we have even more network flexibility. Responding to the needs of our clients, OMCA can now:

 

  • Minimize physician dispensing;

  • Provide “alternative” medical providers;

  • Successfully address addiction exposures;

  • Include non-traditional/non-surgical pain management.
