KWCEA Speaker Line Up

Registrations are filling fast for the best continuing educations seminar in our industry:  KWCEA’s Annual Conference on December 6th & 7th, 2012 at the Downtown Hilton in Lexington, Kentucky.  

In addition to presenting the life cycle of a complex case, there will be timely updates from the Commissioner, ALJs and attorneys. Also featured is Van Ingram, Executive Director of Office of Drug Control Policy. Additionally, returning to KWCEA are last year’s highest rated  speakers.

Robert J. Barth, PhD from BarthNeuroscience will be addressing the determination of relatedness and causation issues arising during the work comp claim assessment process.

 

Rosalie Faris, RN, BSN, CCM, COHN-S will address what you should now expect to see in the claimant’s medical record (KASPER report, drug screens, etc.) in light of the recently enacted Pill Mill Bill.  

As usual, there will be a lively and beneficial Q & A from Dr. Barth’s and Rosalie’s presentation which shouldn’t be missed.
