Liberty Mutual just published their 2016 Workplace Safety Index. They identify the critical risk areas in serious, non-fatal injuries. Their list of top injury causes includes:

 

• Over-exertion;
• Falls;
• Struck by object;
• Roadway incidents;
• Repetitive motion.

 

Liberty Mutual develops this list by making an exhaustive search of labor statistics, claims filings and other public insurance records. At OMCA, we have our own list of critical post-injury risk areas that drive your cost curve:
