Now, Business Insurance presents a new quote from an injured employee’s representative that is also worth keeping.  Apparently a disabled California firefighter was pursuing a career as a mixed martial arts fighter, while receiving work comp disability payments. To make a long story short his fraud charges are being dismissed once he completes community service.

The reason…..it was just a “misunderstanding with no intent of wrongdoing”  according to the poor disabled workers’ spokesperson.
